Western-Power  provides independent repairs, overhauls and inspections of gas turbine and power turbine blades and vanes used in industrial, marine, power generation, oil and gas and aeroderivative applications.

We work closely with the OEM and our customer to develop new repairs to improve product integrity.  Our customer base includes OEMs, engine shops and operators of various types of gas turbine equipment. Our component repair business team has been above 20 years  experience.

Notch and shroud dimensions are held to tolerances tighter than the industry standard. We partner with our customers to develop innovative repairs to maximize the life and performance of our services.

Western-Power  component repair has developed its own equivalent coatings to that of the OEM which are more cost-effective and meet or exceed OEM requirements. Many of these coatings are also offered to the flight industry via DER approvals.

We are in the process of expanding our product offering to include complete overhaul of titanium low and high compressor blades and steel low and high compressor blades. We are also working on braze repairs on power turbine vanes.
